The ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ (PIDS) participated in the 3rd ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ and Development Colloquium (RDC) organized by the City Government of Muntinlupa on September 25, 2025, at Museo ng Muntinlupa.
PIDS Senior ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Fellow Dr. Adoracion Navarro delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the Institute’s commitment to evidence-based policymaking and strong collaboration with local governments.
We thank Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon and the City Planning and Development Office - Muntinlupa for championing platforms that connect research with local governance. This activity forms part of the Development Policy and ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Month (DPRM) celebration.
