Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the way we live, work, and govern—and Mindanao is part of this transformation.
To explore how AI can be harnessed for inclusive and people-centered governance, Mindanao Development Authority, in partnership with Bukidnon State University and PIDS, held the 11th Mindanao Policy ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Forum (MPRF) on October 21, 2025, at the BukSU campus in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.
The event featured insights from the experts from the said institutions, with a panel discussion with Development Academy of the Philippines - Mindanao and Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority.
The forum also brought together faculty members and researchers from BukSU, local media practitioners, and representatives from local government and academic institutions for a meaningful dialogue on leveraging AI for agriculture, trade and industry, and digital transformation.
Now in its 11th year, the MPRF continues to serve as a platform for policy exchange in Mindanao, bridging research and governance toward sustainable and inclusive development.
