Creating quality jobs is one of the priorities under the current administration’s Eight-Point Socioeconomic Agenda. An important element of this agenda is ensuring safe and productive overseas migration. This study aims to contribute to the discourse about maximizing the benefits from labor migration. Its general objective is to develop a framework about how the gains from labor migration may be maximized/optimized using the migration life cycle lens.
