The 3rd Mindanao Policy ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Forum was the first of many activities held in observance of the Development Policy ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Month (DPRM) in September. This forum, which carried the theme "Federalism as Policy Option for a Decentralized Inclusive Development" was held on September 7, 2017 at the Ateneo De Zamboanga University (AdZU) in Zamboanga City. This event was organized by the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ and Mindanao Development Authority, in partnership with AdZU.
